Your Headliner for the evening is Dan St Paul
Your Feature act for the evening: Oscar P.
Our headliner for the evening is CoCoComedy favorite Dan St. Paul
You man know Dan from the syndicated Bob and Tom Radio Show where his “The First Baseball Game” is one of the most requested comedy pieces as well as his recent Dry Bar Comedy Special.
Dan has been chronicling his life on stage for 30 years. After turning fifty, he discovered his body changing (“I’m a cylinder now. I can wear a belt anywhere on my body.”), his memory faulty (“I have eight pair of reading glasses and I have no idea where they are.”), and dealing with a lazy teenager (“I have a bumper sticker that says ‘My Son’s Just Getting By At Hillsdale High’.”).
Instead of sitting home and stewing about, he's touring the country with "What's Funny After 50?"
Dan has been a national headlining comedian at some of the top comedy clubs in the country. He has appeared on NBC, ABC, FOX, Comedy Central, A&E, and VH-1. Dan has also opened for such celebrities as Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Ringo Starr, Natalie Cole, Hall and Oates, Vince Gill, Clint Black, and even the San Francisco Symphony (“I knew them when they were just a garage band.”)
Our feature act for the evening is Oscar P from Memphis TN.
CoCoComedy fans may recognize Oscar from our Comedy Under The Stars show as Rodgers Ranch 3 years ago.
Oscar has established himself as a fixture on the MidSouth comedy circuit. Born in Clarksdale, Mississippi, Oscar’s comedy career began in Memphis, TN, where he quickly made a name for himself as a clever universal comedian. His talent landed him performances at some of the finest comedy clubs, including Chuckles Comedy House, Zanies, Stardome, and the Comedy Catch. Oscar was one of the finalists in the Miller’s Lite Comedy Talent Search and semifinalist in Funny Bone’s National Comedian Search also 2017 World Series of Comedy top 100, where he showed his true talent as an up and coming comedian.
A self-described "Polite Jerk", Oscar P took his comedy farther South, becoming a fixture host and feature act at Funny Bone, Tunica, Mississippi and Chuckles Comedy House in Memphis, Tn before taking his act on the road. Within just one short year of his stand-up debut, he has performed in clubs throughout the US and Jamacia. Oscar P now performs at clubs across the country.
Oscar’s twisted views on family, marriage, nature and politics combines with a laid-back, friendly delivery creates a crowd-pleasing performance. His unique writing style leave crowds in stitches. Audience members have called him "skillful" and "hysterically funny", while bookers have labeled Oscar "clever". Talented yet impractical, Oscar P's performance is a hit for crowds of all backgrounds and tastes.
